Satori Flow
Pilates 1 is great for beginners or those who want to perfect their basic skills. The pace is moderate, yet challenging and will tone muscles, strengthen the core and provide an invigorating, total-body workout.

This intermediate level class is the next step for clients who have mastered the Pure Reformer 1 class program. You will see and feel how the complexity of Intermediate Reformer exercises can help you achieve a fit, strong and toned body.

Satori Fire
This is the cathartic workout where cardio meets mindfulness. This class incorporates the jump board, which supports core strength, coordination and cardio. Students flow between strength training exercises and aerobic exercises designed to support a healthy heart, expand your lungs, and increase blood flow and circulation throughout the body.

Chair Yoga
This gentle form of yoga is done while seated in a chair or using the chair for balance. Our chair yoga class makes yoga more accessble for students with limited mobility or for those who wanton mix things up. Enjoy a total body yoga flow designed to stretch and lengthen the body using the chair instead of the mat.
We’ll guide the class through a sequence of exercises with layered progressions so both beginners and experienced students will be challenged and supported appropriately.

Yin Yoga
All forms of yoga can provide benefits physically, emotionally, and mentally, however Yin Yoga works the deeper levels of the body/heart/mind: the yin tissues of fascia, tendons, ligaments, joints and bones, as well as the energetic channels of the meridians, nerves and blood system. One big difference noticed by students of Yin Yoga is the long-held, passive nature of the posture, which gives time for a deeper journey to unfold, a journey into the meditative aspects of yoga, a bridge to living life mindfully.
