  • Subtle Body Pilates™ is the culmination of a lifetime of research into the mind-body connection. I’ve spent the past 15 years working with clients applying both the science and the art of mind-body integration, and guiding people toward lasting, holistic transformation.

    This approach is the fusion of my diverse background as a professional athlete, sports psychologist, wellness educator, intuitive healer, and spiritual guide.

    Intuitive Energy Healing- My work as an intuitive energy healer has given me unique insight into how energy flows in the body, and how energy blockages manifest as physical conditions and emotional disorders.

    Spiritual Wisdom + Philosophy- I’ve spent a lifetime studying a wide range of spiritual texts, Eastern philosophy, and ancient wisdom. Knowledge that opened my eyes to the long-standing use of mind-body integration and mindful movement as timeless tools for spiritual growth and self-discovery.
